Equipment, Shipping, Return, Refund,
Privacy & Fraudulent Order Policies

OUR EQUIPMENT POLICY

Each SuperScreen is new unless otherwise noted and sold as a used product. We will never pass off returned or refurbished equipment for new products, even if it is in flawless condition.

We are a registered reseller of Peavey, InFocus, Dalite and NEC manufacturers. Every piece is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. All of our equipment is delivered to us from our wholesale suppliers and is the most recent versions of each piece of equipment, unless otherwise stated. All of our equipment complies with all current regulations, and we do not sell outdated or illegal equipment.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Our equipment is shipped via FedEx, UPS or Aeronet. All orders are shipped standard ground service unless overnight shipping is required. Overnight shipping can be purchased for an additional charge. We ship orders Monday through Friday, and most orders are shipped within one to 3 weeks of purchasing. EQUIPMENT REFUND and RETURN POLICY

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refund any customer. There will be no refund on shipping costs, and buyer is responsible for all return shipping. If a defective product is purchased, we will replace the defective product within 30 days of purchase. If a product is deemed defective after 30 days, you must contact SuperScreen or the SuperScreen reseller for all warranty claims. We will only accept exchanges for 30 days – this is due to the possibility of damaging equipment by improper use.

UNOPENED EQUIPMENT REFUND and RETURN POLICY

Unopened equipment carries the same return policy as our equipment. We cannot accept returns on software that has been opened or registered. Unopened equipment is also subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refund any customer. 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS AND ATTEMPTS

For all orders attempted or placed through our company we log the IP as well as any and all information submitted to us electronically. We will attempt to investigate and prosecute any order that is deemed as fraudulent, and will report all fraudulent attempts, whether successful or not to the FBI, and all other known fraud reporting agencies. We do not tolerate Credit Card Fraud.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not collect or harvest the E-Mail addresses of people who E-Mail us directly. We only use them to respond to your queries, and we will never share your email address or information with any third party agency.

Information we collect is stored securely offline, to prevent data loss by electronic hacking.
